Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the ARGUS observability platform (the “Service”) operated by Microvorks from India. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

Service

ARGUS provides application, cloud, and AI observability features, including logs, metrics, alerts, and related analytics, on a subscription basis.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your organization. You must provide accurate registration information.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Prices, taxes, renewals, and invoices are handled by Paddle according to the plan you select. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
