Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription from the ARGUS Billing page (admin) or by contacting support@microvorks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for ARGUS purchases. Refund requests are handled under Paddle’s buyer policies and applicable consumer law. Contact us at support@microvorks.com and we will work with Paddle on eligible cases.

Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, provided you cancel before the trial converts to a paid plan.
